Lamb Energy is a proud sponsor of professional golfer, Lehua Wise, and professional off-road race truck driver, Brandon Bailey.  Both athletes demonstrate their commitment to excellence on and off the golf course and race track.  We look forward to watching these young athletes develop and achieve their goals with Lamb's continuing support.

Lehua Wise

DSCN0781.JPGLehua Wise, a native of Kauai, Hawaii, joined the professional ladies golf circuit after graduating from New Mexico State University in 2007.  While an Aggie, she earned numerous awards, including selections to the Sunbelt All-Conference and Western Athletic Conference All-Conference Teams.  As a Sun Belt Conference Individual Champion and a Price's Give 'Em Five Collegiate Tournament Champion, Ms. Wise consistently finished ahead of the competition throughout her college career.

This year Ms. Wise's successes provided her with the opportunity to compete with the World's best women golfers for a chance to qualify for the LPGA tour.  This opportunity came after her impressive results on the 2009 Duramed Futures Tour.  During her preparation for the qualifying tournament, she finished 3rd of 140 players at the LPGA Qualifying School.  Although Ms. Wise did not qualify for the 2010 LPGA Tour, we are confident that her continuing dedication to meeting her goal of playing amongst the World's best will result her in joining the Tour in years to come.

While we are thrilled with Ms. Wise's performance on the golf course, we are proud to be associated with her because of her positive "can do" attitude and dedication to consistently improving her game as well.  Furthermore, Ms. Wise has proven that she shares Lamb Energy's environmental conscience by working to reduce her carbon footprint.  She embodies the values that our company is based upon and inspires our team to strive for excellence.

Brandon Bailey

Brandon Bailey, a driver on the Stronghold Motorsports Team who races in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series, had an amazing rookie year, finishing the season in third place for the Superlite Division.  This year, Mr. Bailey races in the ultra competitive Unlimited Buggy Division.  His rookie year provided him with the opportunity to become familiar with the rigors of being a professional off road race truck driver.

Mr. Bailey has demonstrated his commitment to excellence by going above and beyond to prepare for each race.  With all of the success he had in his debut season, many are claiming that he is a "natural;" however, he spends numerous hours practicing for race day so that he can achieve his goal of becoming the Champion of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series' Ultimate Buggy Division.  Always seeking new challenges, Mr. Bailey is using the experience he has gained on the short course racing series to venture into longer, desert races.  We are confident that his hard work will continue to allow him to achieve the goals he sets for himself.BrandonBuggyLV.jpg

When not racing for the finish line, Mr. Bailey is a family man.  He is an excellent husband and father to his three children.  Lamb Energy is proud to support Mr. Bailey not only because he personifies our values, but also because he is our ally as we seek to eliminate harmful carbon emissions.  He is always working to implement environmentally friendly measures to offset the carbon emissions his race truck produces.  As just one example of his environmental leadership, his racing team, Stronghold Motorsports will have the first solar powered workshop.
